i feed them frozen bloodworms, frozen market shrimp(the small ones), once in a while a few dozen guppies mixed with rosies, freeze dried krill. i wanna try to get them on pellets cuz i have a bunch left over from when i had convicts and then i gave them away so i wanna use it up cuz its just sitting there
