Pet stores can be depressing. I hate it when I see stupid people with animals of any type. You should have poked the girl back, with your fist. Knock a little sience into her. Well, maybe that is a little extream.
I have boycotted a few stores in my neighborhood, petsmart and petco. but even the little mom and pop stores really arn't too good at what they do, but they are more willing to listen and learn then chain stores.
