Another Sad Day...

Any idea what was going wrong with him/her?

Not sure. As I have said when I first found the turtle, I found him at a near by pond last month after someone had dropped two off (Possibly more). It was already too cold for the turtles to handle (It was already snowing) and they began to shut down, which is why the one I caught was so easy to catch. He was def. underweight. The bottom of the shell was sunken in. He also had shedding issues.

we all go through that at some point but it never stops hurting when we do. I am really sorry about your turtle but I am sure that you did everything that you could for him.

I was depressed when my oscar was dying, he was such an awesome fish. If my tank cycles by the end of this week ( nitrites are diving! ) i am picking up an oscar and pleco, or an oscar and a chocolate than the pleco
