OK, enough beating around the bush.
I was one of the 2 people Anthony named, but he told me when I called him out on it that it was Jon Rare....while he told P-fish mods that it was me.
I was furious about this, I have no love for Jon or the former mods of P-fish but that was just a low down dirty lie from Anthony.
I had it in writing from him via PM on Pfish but I was banned from P-fish before I could make copies because of the fights that ensued, the P-fish was then subject of a hostlile takeover, WW started, it all got so ugly!!! and all for what? so that Anthony can continue to lie and screw over customers?
there was no informant...Anthony simply didn't have the papers/permits required to import rays into LAX., the shipment ( which apparantly included only 2 or 3 rays) passed US F&W , as ray restrictions are not Federal, but they passed on the shipment info to Ca Fish and Game.
The BS that ensued caused a LOT of trouble for a LOT of people, including me.
What gov agency is ever going to tell a 'bust' the name of an informant? gimme a break, think about it for a moment...how would it be even remotely possible for him to have a name , even if it went down the way he told it? it just doesn't happen, it was so ridiculous it is a shame to hear this crap resurrected again after 3 years.
Coincidentally I had a call a couple of weeks ago from a person who was with Anthony that day, at the airport when all that was supposed to have gone down......the lie was told to save face and placate irate customers and paint himself as a victim rather than just a dumb ******* and was probably once again because a lot of the fish were pre-sold and he couldn't repay the money.
Bottom line...Anthony is a pathalogical liar who would rather try to besmirch other people';s good reputations than fess-up to the consequences of his own incompetence.
Importing rays into California without permits is just an incredibly dumb thing to do, and then lying about it is just plain evil.
Now his lies are starting to show up en-masse and he is revealed for what he is.
Anthony **** YOU...you were warned a number of times but you can;t keep your lying mouth shut......
It takes a while sometimes , but the truth always comes out in the end.
...... Customers will only be alloyed 2 responses via email from sellers before making a decision......... No complaining about packing....... sick fish...... size ....... missing eyeballs...... or fish being dead in bag for long time........ We can start a rating system for good customers........ and bash the bad ones.......... Who's with me?
