You have to disasemble all your terrarium, clean the decorations with warm soapy water, replace the substrare, quarentine the plants and put your basilisk in nearly sterile envoiroment, with news paper substrate untill all mites are gone. Give him regular warm baths and the mites should clear in no time.

basilisks eyes are messed up prob from bacteirial infection wat is a good cure or remedy for that?mites will be taken care of but need to help with eyes

Take him to the vet and get a proper diagnosis, once they find out what's wrong the vet will give you the necessary drops, I would never use any sort of drug on a reptile unless it was needed and I have discussed any possible side effects that could come up from it's use as some of these meds can cause permanent damage when used improperly. And unless you know the cause of the infection, what's to stop it from getting re-infected?

It could be a vitamin A deficiency. Zoomed makes a turtle eye drop that can help with this. Don't worry, it's ok to use on your basilisk.
