by long beach.... a few miles away.... they work great on rocks or driftwood and they dont need gravel. they are very easy very hardy plants.

Gotta ask this cuz it annoys the hell out of me whenever I buy plants and it comes with snails. Does the plants come with free snails?

yes though you can always salt dip / bleach dip plants to make sure.
