Try to make your brain focus on something and stay there till it goes away. Anxiety has different flavors. Is this pre activity anxiety? Or post activity anxiety? Or during? Or all? Or a combo of any of the three?? This will help me in diagnosing you...(do NOT listen to me...).....

Ha.

Best thing I can tell you is to occupy your mind with something else.

Like take me for instance, I've started pushing myself to the limit with rollerblading (up to 9miles a night now wahoo! ) and have completely absorbed myself in the hobby. You just have to find other things to focus your mind on.

Take a couple deep breaths, look in the mirror and tell yourself that it will be alright. Look at it this way. Once you've hit the bottom there is only one way to go....UP! :D

Don't worry about tomorrow for tomorrow has enough worries of its own . . . ;)

Go see a Doc bro, it's the best thing you can do. Don't BS them at all!

I've already seen a doctor, I was put on 50mg ( I think, not sure ) of zoloft.

And I still get it alot.

I've been doing the gym latley and it helps out alot, so I'm doing that alot, and I tend to always try and be doing something unless im trying to go to sleep.

Mine will come any time of the day, it just depends.

I get cold sweats, stomch pains, and a couple other symptoms. The zoloft hasnt been doing anything to help.

Most of the time though it happens when I'm away from home, or if im alone.

When you are old and can not be happy, you will regret everyday that you missed out on the opportunity to be happy....Just be happy and upbeat for no reason if you have to, but just do it.

Ironic thing is though, some people are happy not being happy. ;) Plus I don't think he said he wasn't happy, just has random anxiety attacks.

Milkers ~ have you told your Doc. that they aren't working? They CAN bump up the dosage/meds. you know. ;)
