Any 75 gallon stocking suggestions?

trying to see if the 125 would fit in the space i have for the tank, i decided to not put the con in either way, probably gonna go with a firemouth just for some more color, and as my name suggests i already have cons.
i now find myself addicted to bichirs and i was wondering i fi took out the firemouth if i could add some more in
