Any advice on how to switch to sand?

Here's how I switch'd from fine sand to medium grain sand in my 125 Tang Tank.
First, I let my fish chillax in the pool to keep them from stress'n.
Then I took out all the rocks and fake plants.
Next, I scoop'd out all the fine sand.
And siphoned out the sand I couldn't scoop.
Until it look'd like this.
I power wash'd all the rocks.
Put my glass protect'r back in the tank.
Arranged my rocks and plants make'n sure they were secure.
Add'd the new medium grain sand one cup at a time get'n in all the hard to reach places.
Fill'd it back up with water and dechlor'd.
Put the fish back in and this is how awesome it look'd when I was done.
