Very cool! I know of a guy with a nice mach 1 in red, that car is a bad assed looking mustang!!! What color is yours? any pics? I think we would all love to see it.

Old cars rule all, I have a friend who laughs at me for liking amcs, dmcs, bricklins, old stangs, mopars, etc. I tell him he just wasted 30 grand on that bmw that no one looks at.

Heck I got a friend with a 89 s-10 with 78 350 4 bolt mains we built, eddy cam, eddy intake/carb, electric water pump and fans, special s10 headers, dual exhaust - that thing gets some LOOKS i tell ya just from tapping the gas. its also a cool rubber burnin truck too. - a good friend of mine did a mural on the tailgate saying "chevrolet rocks" with lightning bolts , wolves etc, unfortunately my friend just passed away - - too bad he was amazing, ill post some pics of his artwork - sorry for the typos this laptop i'm on has the WORST keyboard ever
 
My father in law has a 69 AMX that he is working on. Will get some pics and post them for you.

I'm in the same boat as you. I'm restoring mine so there's not much to see at the moment. Almost all the body work is done though. My next step is to replace both frame rails and floor pans.

Cool man, all the rot in ours was at the back of the car, the metal at the very back that the lights etc bolt to is replaced(im gonna put more pics, you'll see the gold colored metal, thats what im talking about, and it's off a 69 javelin), a bit of trunk, rear suspension redone, including the leafs etc.

The first pic is from like 6-7 years ago, if you go back to the first page, you can see how much nicer the front end is now............also motor is all together and runs...wasnt in this picture...

2nd pic you can see finger prints on the new leafs...and the rear 1/4's cut off....

last 2 pics of the gold rear piece from the javelin, look its a see through amx!!!!! lol. I got both rear 1/4's brand new for like 300 bucks.......they should have costed $700.......gotta love screw ups.

And the dates in the pics are wrong.......lol
