any body have any veggie recipes

My wife's sister is so heavy into this that she won't even eat cooked food, she spends more time on the toilet and eating her own weight in melons than she does doing anything productive...

oh thats no good.... i could never be a full vegetarian but it does help to keep weight down and reduce health issues... i love beans and also nuts ... so they make up alot of the protein needed..but i also eat chicken and eggs and turkey...and she obviously is missing fiber... such as metamucil added to her diet...or some whole grain bread etc.

yes lots of fad type diets.... not good but the magazines throw it atthe young ...and so many of the them fall for it... { i did once or twise} :D

Haha in most cases it breaks em' down ;)

Thanks to the military I can't run or exercise much - but we're getting off topic - try those salads I posted, they're tasty :D

I haven't eaten meat in a little over 5 years and honestly I've got about no special recipes. Theres just a lot of substitute meats out there. Some of my favorite things to make that are meat free are quiche, spinach lasagna, and zucchini bread is the best.

wow that is great.. what do you do to keep your protein levels up.. how do you know your getting enough from nuts,beans etc... i could easily go full scale veggie just because i love veggies..i love zucchini bread and veggie lasagna,.... how do you make your lasagna? what cream sauce do you use?
