no i just got the car for 300$ i had a full-autocross tuned honda Del sol it was awsome but Del sol"s suck for autoX i had it for 3yrs. and it was the worst racer. to many disadvantages. it had a 1.6L B-16A1 in it that made just about 230hp N/A . i paid $300 for the 91civc. and i payed $4,500 for the type-R motor alone. I've had it for 4yrs now and dumped $3,800into it so far. i want to put it in the civic.but i tell u what if u do find a type r for $300 let me know i'll take threeLOL

Oh ok that works.

what kind if disadvantages did the del sol have? I always figured since they are so small they would be really light and nimble, which would be great for Auto-X.

it is a fun car to drive,but when u really push it it's not made well for that,first off the car is as heavey as crap and there not thaa much u can do for that ,and then if the tops off the handleing is gone,the car flexes like a photato chip it also has no lsd so its peg-legged which really sucked, the motor was power in that car but again being that the darn thing is so heavey u really dont feel as much, so alot of power upagrades are needed, but only when u get to the piont where ur brakes arent even for u in the turns or the street, they fade away like smoke and then at times lock on u and thats scary :eek3:
