I don't want to have too much water movement and prefer less disturbance of bottom debris so as not to over load my filters. I am already changing filter pads twice a week. I prefer settling of debris in stagnant areas so I can vacuum it out in weekly WC.

Read the reviews. It uses 6 Watts of power, has a swivel joint and mounts magnetically! Mines been running a year with no problems
Im just trying to help, you don't have to take my advice. BTW you will still have dead spots where your debris can settle!
