Any Earless Monitor Keepers out there?

If you get them cheap enough I have no ethical issues with feeding beta more than guppies rosies or goldfish. I once knew a guy that bought rosies as feeders, one didn't get eaten, it was his favourite fish for 4 years. All relative.
Well there wasn't much to it before it was closed.The thread just seemed like a booby trap for arguing.
This is monsterfishkeepers. These are literally one of the rarest and most undocumented species of reptile. Am I for real getting bashed for feeding bettas lol. Aquaria central is probably better for those into the small common community fish.

Sorry that it seemed that way. I just didn't like the thought of Bettas being used as feeders. Have you tried goldfish or minnows?
These lizards are vitually blind and very slow moving. Goldfish and minnows nutritionally are not adequate because of the thiamase issue. They are also too fast for them to catch. Bettas and other labyrinth fish are indigenous to where these guys are found. There are no care sheets for these and people who do keep them are very secretive about them. It's always a learning process with this species every day. Just doing my part to gain a foothold on the understanding of these reptiles...
