any fly-tyers out there?

if you've seen any of the other times when people request pics from me, you know I'm horrible at taking them/getting them online. but I will try. I have already sent half of my buggers away to fishermen in anticipation of when they can test them out for me, but I will try to get some pics. heck, if you see one you really like, I can send it to you.

Haha I'm the same way!!! Still havne't taken pictures of my new RTC that I bought....3 Weeks ago!!!

I'd love to have a sample though! It's actually that time of the year for me to start using woolies. Gotta catch the last Sea Runs that are making their way to the salt.

flashback pheasant tail for me! I love nymphing. I usually start with a san juan worm then about 16" of tippet and a flashback. Almost always catch one quickly on the PT and sometimes pump to see what else they're munchin on. If theres an abundance of caddis or something else in the stomach, I'll switch to a caddis larva etc.

Strawmen are my favorite for river trout. So simple, yet so affective.
