just picked up a 5incher...i hope to grow him real big 
...30g should be alright for a while eh? he'll eventually have 2 smaller panaques to play with hehe...this thread was like a goldmine for me!

I envy all your giants, my 4 largest are 10-11" and have a few years to go before they reach 'giant' status, more water changes and feedings coming up!
These latest blue eye imports (as compared to 20 yrs ago) remind me of pachyderms, excellent !

Neon, beautiful pick up. Use to have a few blue eyes in the 80's. They where black in colour, common, $20-$30, and very aggressive towards other royals. I like this slate grey type much more, stunning, congratz.
