Topic. Of course most huge glassbangers such as dovii's, rt's, jags, etc are out of the picture, but is there any other glassbangin cichlid suitable for a 29g?

Why not a pair of sajica or HRP?
I suspect any single cichlid may not give off such a glass-banging affect but a pair has a reason to bang on glass should they perceive you as a threat.
My pair of marble cons in a 40gl tank can get pretty nasty when they have a brood to defend but they're shy a reclusive otherwise.

Yeh a pair of cons are the only thing i can think of....if its a 36x12x15 then pos a salvini...but you may have to upgrade/rehome after 6-7"....
my firend got a large angel that hes qting in a 29 will go to a 150 gal soon but its a glass bannger its about 16 inches tip of fin to tip of fin but bodys only like 6 inches. depends if u want to up grade.
You could keep a neets in there. They're aggressive.
