Any good tips on how to breed festae?

Only reason I ask, is I have frozen beefheart, bloodworms, silversides, and brine and cyclops for other fish. And I don't really want to buy anything else, unless that helps a lot.
 
Update, they are getting more frisky, but rearranging stuff again once more. Who knows if they want to breed, or just like changing the living quarters now daily.
 
Update: Little festae got ripped fins, moved that one out to 29 for now. Other two still together,hopefully indicating they are pairing, giving it a week, then rearranging what fish where, so they can have my friends 90 to themselves if nothing happens.
