I don't write, but I know the scene pretty well. I like seeing GOOD pieces on walls, not some 14 year old that found his old mans matt black in the shed and thinks he's full of artistic flair. The answer to stopping peole graff all over buildings is to increase the amount of legal spots available, even though a graff artist is going to do it on trains and buildings still. The fact that your tag is on something illegal is the attraction.

People don;t understand graffiti. Theres good and bad. Its truly an art to understand how to properly layer in order for it to end up looking nice.
I mean spray painting swear words on a grandma's face is bad, but spray painting some cool characters at a skatepark is very nice.
In fact there are some places around here that promote spray paint art (good graf) at the skateparks.

as for the illegal side, i have been known to do a lil... 
but i like doing legal stuff to, its all different, trains, cities, legals, peaces, tags, etching... they all require different approaches and tactics to be successfully completed with out getting caught or to do the crispest piece you possibly can. train yards are like military bases these days for security, indeed afta the terror attacks of recent years london underground has been locked up ridiculously tight but... we still cum and go as we please, completely undetected until they see the trains.... the buz cums from being sat on a platform early morning, when first train rolls in, ur piece blat down the side, 15' high 30' long full of color and all the commuters just stand and gasp, time freezes as u get to observe everyones reactions, sum complete horror others fascinated....
