if she cant move then she's done.. If this is just now, and she's not moving then she's done for sure. If this is just now then wounds get worse later and she will suffer and die for sure.

When did this happen and how is she moving?

Odds are she is toast. Usually when a fish swims upside down or can't swim/float it means they have a damaged swim bladder. Even if she would heal, my guess is her swim bladder wouldn't be the same and she would swim funky the rest of her life.
