There's a pet store in my area that sells such a wide variety of fish, as well as sharks- and they actually have several marine biologists that work there.

You could get a job with the state being a wildlife conservation officer. Work with Wildlife managements.

Yes, you could work at SeaWorld.

You could also do international work, and work for different organizations like the WWF.

You could work at pretty much any fish hatchery.

I've looked into it. ;)

Actually, I know the guy in charge of the freshwater fish (not a marine biologist) and he's bring in like $50k a year. Which is not bad for working in a pet store.

So, I am sure they make more than he does. It's a family run fish store which is a large warehouse, not to mention they have a warehouse that sits behind it, and houses all their fish. Where the marine biologists work.

I will get pics the next time I go.. which may be this weekend.
