Xanthic lake trout possibly.
 
The Golden Palamino trout. You should feel very fortunate. Its a once in a lifetime catch.

Forked tail = lake trout. Nice catch. You should contact the New York DEC, Bureau of Fisheries. I bet they could help you out.
 
I was just as envious when I first saw that fish on Ice shanty. If it hit 23 that would have been a beautiful mount! I'm guessing it is a leucistic or axanthic albino color morph but the genetics behind it are anyones guess. As you know by now, that fish was the fish of a life time...congrats again. Also, fantastic season all around on the ice at LG, hopefully next year will be just as good.
