Good luck and keep us posted. I suggest holding off on feeding it for a couple days.

I think so too.. looks like it ate enough..poor female redfin went through holding those babies for 21 days... so jerkie here could have a feast..:D I will keep you posted ..hope his belly shrinks down tommorrow. And thanks again..

I also would hold off feeding for a couple days as it appears to be constipation. If that doesn't work and it will eat it you can try cooked peas with the skin removed. As a last ditch effort you can try an epsom salt bath, 1 tbsp/1 gallon, dechlored water of a temp that matches your tank, put the fish in the bath for 15-20 minutes once a day until constipation is cleared.

Do yo feed them krill or shrimp? My puffer looks like that after he eats too much krill.

yes that is what i feed him..also blood worms and brine shrimp..theres no way to get him to eat a pea if he is constipated..i added some salt though.. and of course not feeding him ..although i did put a tiny bit in for the other guy and watched to see if the big belly would eat ..he didn't make any attempt to eat anyway..kind of larthargic.. just have to wait and see at this point.. since i have looked up many articles about them but none gave me much info.. thank you Craig
