An island somewhere......
Been using one for nearly 3 years now and it does it's job nicely... the flow is alright and I can't really complain about the slight buzz it makes...

WOW.... 3 years! Lasts longer than my Eheim 2026! Is there a prime on the unit? Thanks for the feedback!

I have one, seems to get clogged faster than "the real deal" and the pump is not as strong. If you intend on having it pump a distance of more than 6' don't buy it.

Here's something to throw in the mix..... buy this filter or but the actual Eheim Ecco 2232/2234. It's for a 40g. tank! Small application.

I would take my chances with the Jebao or a used XP3. The Ecco with media packed does not have enough head pressure. The Ecco would be more ideal for a 20-29 gallon rather than a 40.

Thank dude... Found some other filters on Craigslist.... Fluval 205? Need something that doesn't take up much room and I'm afraid the XP's are a bit tall.

BTW, thanks for the PM's guys..... sure helpful!

Moved into Setup and Filtration. You might get more traffic here ;)
