LOL - Thanks all.

One of my day trips will be out to see Stonehenge which leads me to my next question. Which tour would you recommend?

Stonehenge + Bath + Salisbury

OR

Stonehenge + Bath + Windsor

Stonehenge is a big disappointment since there is a six foot high fence around it these days but the surrounding area has lots to see. Avebury stone circle is much better and not too far away from it, plus it has a pub in the middle

i went to London last year and did all the tourist things, its pretty awesome but VERY expensive. Be carefull who you talk to because some people hate Outlanders other than staying in the non ghetto areas and being moneysafe it is a great experience and i hope you have a great trip

Some of my thoughts regarding London from an American point of view. Please take into account this is from my personal perspective and its my first time here. Feel free to disagree with me or discuss...lol

* People seem very guarded and proper here. Very formal and passive.

* Women have a better sense of style and dress than American women.

* I hate the plumbing! - lol

* Taxes and cameras are insane here.

* LOVE the Indian food!!!!

* Theater was wonderful.

* Drinking age of 18? - make your own judgement here...lol

* History and Art were amazing!

* Everything is super expensive here.

* No free pour of liquor sucks...lol

* Nobody here knows how to dance! -

No, I did not have to clean my nose everyday but apparently it was a problem years ago before they passed a clean air law that stopped people from burning coal on their chimneys...
