I assume a Fei Feng is some kind of flower horn, I don't have any

Blue arawanas are in the country but price is insane I think , aprox $250 (Large)

Fei Feng is one of those flagtails that eat algae. the NE Aquarium have a few in their amazon tank.

If you mean Dianema Urostriata Flagtail Porthole Cat
it is a south american catfish (sort of a giant corydoras)
they don't really eat algae
