I know very little about car repair, so would I just follow the hoses from my raidiator and coolant to their destination looking for kinks along the way?

Yup. FEEL every piece (dont just look) for kinks & make sure the hoses are all pressurized & that none are cracked or leaking. If you dont find anything you may have to take it to a shop & have the cooling system flushed/repaired/rebuilt.

so i parked it in the garage and noticed coolant on the floor and I think it leaks coolant from somewhere behind the AC Compressor so if this is what is wrong what does it mean and what do I need to fix

If you aren't losing coolant, smelling something "sweet", or seeing white smoke from the exhaust, I wouldn't look at the head gasket yet. Thats usually the effect of overheating, not the cause.

Thats true, but there would be other symptoms show up before overheating in that case. You can overheat without having a blown head gasket. Besides, there's nothing here to suggest the gasket is blown. We asked. However, overheating can sometimes result in a blown HG if you keep driving & the heads warp.... Bottom line: Overheating can easily cause head gasket failure, but HG failure is usually caught well before it can cause overheating.

This guy should definitely get the cooling system sorted out first. If it all checks out, then start spending money looking for hairline cracks in the HG.

I see what you are saying....I guess I was referring more to the comment "if you aren't losing coolant". Either way, there are a lot of other symptoms look for before pulling apart the engine.

That's actually a good thing. If you are leaking coolant at a noticeable level (i.e. a freakin puddle on the floor) then you probably have a hose or something along those lines that dry-rotted. You really need to park the car, and spend an hour or so feeling everywhere that the coolant travels, looking/feeling for any dry-rotting, tears, breaks, holes, etc. Find that leak!

That's pretty much what you would need to do. There one hose going into the radiator and one going out. These are the two main radiator hose. Then you have to look for the smaller hoses that connect to the metal pipe behind the engine and so forth. This is a pain and it will help you if you have a bright flash light. If coolant is leaking then what you could do is try to tighten the clamp a little more. Becareful not to overtighten the clamp or you'll ruined the hose.

Alright will do, probably tomorrow some time tho

I really appreciate all the help
