drill holes at the end of each crack so it wont spread further. get some tough acrylic cement and fill the drill holes up. get 2 pieces of acrylic and cement both sides of the crack with that. i did that to my 300 and it held 300 gallons of water fine without me worrying about it

sounds good. what acrylic cement did you used? maybe after reseal it i will add a piece of plywood board at the back to support it. What do you think?

i got the cement at tap plastics, forgot what kind tho... but give me a day or 2 i'll find the tube, it's around somewhere. i dont know about plywood board, the acrylic sheets are good investments when a crack occurs...

Yes, all you need is some Weld-On and a pieces of acrylic to patch on the inside. I did the same thing with a 55 and it worked great.

Put the cement inside the crack and clamp together, then just glue a pieces of acrylic over the crack and you'll be good to go.

Mine cracked all the way through, so you should definitely drill a hole to stop the crack from spreading.
