its def not zero, the last term is a summation: the 1 divided by 2^n where n starts as one and goes to infinity is one half, or 50 cents, then 1/2^2 is a quarter, so there is 75 cents, then 1/2^3....so on and so one until infinity. the fraction will get infinitly small but keep adding forever but will never get to 1
