That's my kind of fish!! I'm still looking to get one more large tank(75 or better) so I have room for the adult fish I'm keeping. I like how the kk's look so if Cam has any left to sell when I'm ready to house it I will pick one up!! Post updates on yours for us!

Nice, I just noticed that my largest and meanest kml is starting to form a little head. I am going to have to move him cause he is already beating the crap out of everyone. I just don't know where to put. Maybe with my trimac of the same size?

i put my 2 KML's in a 30 gallon together for now with a large bruno pleco and 2 guppies. i had my EBJD which is larger than them in there with them they wouldnt have it, they arent too mean torwards each other but they killed the guppies overnight.

i had to put the KK by itself because it wanted to kill my ted texas and my EBJD twice its size also. i ended up with the EBJD and the texas together peacefully for now in a 20G.

as for the trimac, i put a juvie trimac in with my year and a half female ZZ and she gave it hell but it lived and grew large and they tried breeding recently.

if anyone is interested in my trimac let me know before i post it up for sale, i want to make more room and i dont need fry from these 2 fish. heres a week old pic when he was in breeding dress. his lip is a little messed up from fighting with the flowerhorn when breeding but it is healing up great.

I want a kk. As soon as I get extra cash I will get one. Will grow it out seperate cuz Cam says they are mean and after looking at the fins on the fry he had I believe it!!

they're actually looking better but this is how I received them. The kk's are way worse than the KML's but they are like half the size.

I just realized my last post said am instead of Cam, Stupid phone.

But i have to ask, am i the only person that is having serious aggression problems with their kml? because yesterday, he had 1 salvini in the top corner, he was chasing the other kml and salvini all around the tank, and would not stop. I put up divider and let him have a foot of the tank, but he was sitting at the divider waiting for them to swim by and he would kind of try and bite them throught the divider.

Sounds like you're the first one to have major problems with your KML's Nick but then again you only got 2. I have 6 in the 29gallon (ended up with 1 extra somehow) that you guys all selected your fish out of and mine are barely fighting. They spend most of their time hiding in the fake plant I have in there. The king kamfas are a different story but there are a few that are growing fast enough I should actually be able to divide them soon. I will try to get some good pictures of everything today since I got the most and the biggest selection.
