Yes we all see the same colors
I think you are asking whether our individual brains interpret/process each color the same way and the answer's probably yes. Each color light has a unique physical wavelength, and all humans normally have the same dna in their genes for seeing colors(unless you have genetic defects such as color blindless,etc) which process the incoming wavelengths in the same way, so yes we all see and interpret the same colors assuming we are not visually impaired.
Its like eating sugar. Sweet is sweet. Your brain process sugar as sweet, and so does mines. One sweet cannot be another person's salty, unless of course the person has defects in their taste buds.
