any one help find rays in the uk?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
i dont really know what catfish there were in stock, i saw some smallish jelly cats, around a 11" jurence, about an 8" gulper cat, mottled brown lancer cats, crystal eyed cats and probably a good deal more, i dident really take a huge amount of note what else was there just my pearls!lol.

rays they dont have a huge choice at the moment, 1 male flower ray in the last picture.
then all the pearls in the shop are male, different ages i think there was about 8 or so in the shop after i got my pair.
they are waiting for the rivers in columbia to stop flooding so they can get some rays shipments in, probably more stock in at the begining of oct.

yes the last pic is a very young male flower ray for £220 if i remember right.

yes its a shame about your pups not going to good homes by now. you sent me a message from aquariust free adds about them but i wanted something a little more special while i had the cash.

the shop is really nice, made a change from the much smaller shops we have here. the only other place i can recomend if youve never been is wharf at pinxton, thats a really good few hrs out and a look round tropical, marine, pond and reptiles its hard to resist spending lots of money in these places! wharf is a little pricey but its a great shop and the staff are alrite as well.

if you get really stuck with your pups i can rehome a female as ive got the room just no money lol.

thanks for today buddy, just to let you know there in and feeding.
the female is very active and has hammerd the bloodworm, chewed on some prawn and shown alot of intrest in the mussel. the male is alittle shy as i was expecting them both to be for a short while, but he has been out and had some blood worm and shown intrested in the prawn and mussel also.

there both out right now serching the tank for bloodworm lol.

remember to keep me what i emailed you about earlier! will make a lovely addition to my tank!

ill get a full tank shot up tomorrow, they look right athome in my rio 400, just shy of a 5x2x2 to be honest. dont think my plants will still be rooted by the morning though! lol.

Hi all - hope you dont mind me butting in here - but its good to see a bit of a uk community here...

The lack of UK members has always put me off posting here...

How are your rays getting on sharp tooth?

I have a large female Retic and a large female Yepezi for sale at the moment - good prices and always open to negotiation as I need to get them rehomed so I can collect a male Leo to go with my lady.

Both great rays who are very active and eating very well, shame to see them go but I just can't risk putting a horny male Leo in there and getting loads of muddy coloured rays in four months time !
