I like the RioHyperflow and QuietOne, hands down. I cant even hear my QuietOne pump 1100gph(est.) at 6ft head. A QuietOne3000 would be great. The pump curve shows 400gph@7ft. The 4000 would probably be good as well at 500gph@7ft. If you Google 'Lifegard QuietOne pump curves' the pdf shows all the pumps offered and their specs.

The Hyperflow is designed for high head pressure, tend to be cheaper, are said to be less reliable however,and a bit louder than the QuietOne. I would have no problem buying a Rio Hyperflow, I would recommend a QuietOne.
