I love my '05 Volvo S40 T5. Anyone else love their fine piece of Swedish Engineering? You other Euro car guys are always appreciated, too. Especially Audi!

Also, what do you think about the proposal for supercar brand Koenigsegg to purchase Saab from GM, with $600,000,000 of backing from the Swedish Government? GM would continue to supply engine & chassis design for an "undisclosed" period of time, but Koenigsegg & the Swedes would be in command & eventually on their own for designs.

Currently rocking a 1998 V70. My parents have a 2003 s60, older brother has a 2005 s60R, and older sister and her husband have a 2003 s60 and a 2006 s60 T5. I am currently looking for a v70R.

What my bro's looks like: (Not his car, but looks ALOT like it)

Volvos are awesome. I have always wanted one but I need a truck for my lifestyle.

My cousin had a 2006 s40 T5?(don't know it that is right) and that thing was awesome. He used to beat on it and never really changed the oil or air filter and it was in real bad shape when he sold it.

Thats what I'm talkin about! Volvo love is contagious. I wanted an S60R so bad, but I just couldnt put up that kind of cash. The V70R is a heck of a ride, too. I still miss the raw power of my old Dodge SRT-4, but this car is plenty fast with the T5 motor & much nicer.

Helping my brother in law rebuild a volvo.. 280 or something wagon.
It just needs a new alternator + fuel pump.
I'll probably buy it from him after it's rebuilt and put it on bags.
Bippu style. :D

i loke volvo, i love audi, and i super love bmw and porsche. i think Koenigsegg will be good for saab in the longrun the company will definitley have good looking cars.

I have a 2007 S60. I got hit head on one month after purchasing and was told it saved my butt. This car has tons of pick up and it felt like a steel cocoon in the accident. I will only purchase another Volvo or Audi for the rest of my days.

My first car was a 1989 Volvo 740 named "Martha." I loved that car. Unfortunately, I learned the one thing people with older Volvos don't tell you: You learn a lot about cars, because something is always wrong with yours. Finally got rid of it, but I'll always miss it. The best times were when my rack and pinion went out, and I spent from Thanksgiving until Christmas making only left-hand turns, because it was almost impossible to turn the wheel to the right. Ahhh, memories.
