if his location price are $17 then we USA got ripped off by the seller big time. Because piraya come from one location. plus it would cost more to ship piranha from South America to Japan then USA.

don't you think?

LMFAO-
I see this all the time-
Japan is the cream of the crop when it comes to the fish world-

I think very much when it comes to my fish---Unlike other's their Outh...

hey guys..

In general the majority of the fish here are quite expensive, like I've seen a thick 10" red devil going for $300.00, an 8" Dovii over $200.00, Red Tiger between that price.

But sometimes they have very good prices like Buttikoferi, Midas, Dovii, GT, FH for $4.00 for 1 1/2" fish.

I asked the clerk although is english isn't very good he has generally been helpful and is familiar with the majority of the species he carried. Probably asked him like 3-4 times if they were RBP's and he shaked his head and said Piraya.

My location could easily compete with them prices....Not unheard of for around here either....Only thing being-Is our's are not of quality....

I currently own 4 cichlids, and my fiance and I each have 1 piranha.

I personally like the piranhas better, in spite of their bad reputation, they're a great fish, my guy always has brilliant ruby colors, and he's a pleasure to watch besides. He's an easy feeder, as he'll eat whatever pellet, freeze-dried food I throw in his tank. My fiance picked up the cutest little RBP a couple of weeks ago, and she's as much a pleasure to care for as mine is.

My cichlids, are ALWAYS fighting amongst themselves, and between my convicts, if the male isn't trying to screw the female, he's beating the tar out of her....it gets quite annoying after a while. >.< Also, they're much more finicky than my RBPs are.
