At a SG of 1.022 it will work. I have done SW for a long time and do aquarium maintenance as well and have seen many people have there SW tanks at the same SG you currently have your brackish tank. Generally when I think of brackish I think of SG in the teens or lower but technically 1.022 is brackish sense it is lower than the ocean average of 1.025 or 1.026. I would be careful though with some of the fish you have listed. Some triggerfish can become very belligerent. Some are more peaceful though like the Niger, Blue Jaw and Pink Tail Triggerfish. There are others. Also you have a fair amount of fish in your tank already.
