Those ctenapomas are awesome fish! the leapord which is what you have is a very cool fish to have in a a tank.
i have a leapord and a marbled in my tank, it gets upto6-8 inches, and is a great ambush predator, very patient and alot of fun to watch.

Yeah, I like 'em. I had a 5" leopard in my 75g a couple months ago. I left for vacation, and he was toast when I got back. I picked these two up last month and they seem to be doing well, they're just very small yet.

You guys will never guess....

but my 2 rare Leporinus are predators! They are in a 10 gallon growout tank - L. moralesi and L. desmotes.

Both tear up rosy red feeders like any righteous predator out there. (No, they aren't hungry, either.)

In comparison, my L. fasciatus won't touch feeders, which is typical.

i have tons of fish predetors in my 5 aquariums i have a saltwater barracuda groupers tiger muskys a lot of stuff even frog fish

i am doing a 3 gallon for bumblebee gobies. you drop in live brine shrimp and they go nuts. they bounce around like little dogs whenever you get close to the tank. i saw a 5 gallon that looked like it was just a piece of driftwood and some dead leaves. then the guy dropped in some feeder fish and like half of the leaves started to move. the tank was full of amazonian leaffish and banjo catfish. it was so cool.
