Any tankmates for piranhas?

i disagree..

it depends on the temperament of the piranhas.. i have had my piranhas for 6-7 months now.. and for the 6-7 months they were always with a pleco.. my pleco is still alive and with a full tail..

i was even able to keep a few guppies and a few minnows for a period of 2 months..
 
i dont keep any other fish with my p's. i have had a few plecos in with my 14 rbp's and it was all right for a while, but i agree its just a matter of time before its gonna get wacked, as for my others i have 3 rhoms all have there own tanks and i would never put anything else with them, a few years ago i tried a couple baby rhoms together in a 75 and it was no good,

If you read my post more carefully, I said LONG TERM 6-7 months is not even a year together. Im speaking from expirience.

well i guess ill just have to wait and see then.. im guessing it will be ok since they have been with plecos all thier lives.. even going a week + without feeding..
