Thanks for the burn You have 2 types of people on here, the ones that are new and think they are asking the question for the first time and guys like me that have been on here long enough to think searching takes to much time. Either way, duelly noted

This how to get them stable ? Comes up about once per week so you would need to look no further than the bottom of the 1 page of topics

IME with my dat is that light colored sand makes him stable. in my 125g i have a mixture of 3:1 pool filter sand and tahatian moon sand. in the 125g he is stable all the time, a very nice contrast of gold and black. in my 75g there is just tahatian moon sand and it is pretty dark. more of a rust/burnt orange color but you can still see the black bars.
