Last finals weeks ( I was really far behind in all my classes and still amazed I got everything done), I woke up at 12pm on Monday, stayed up all night went to bed on Tuesday around 9 pm, woke up Wednesday at noon. stayed up all night, took a two hour nap on Thursday around noon to two. Then didn't go to bed until 5 am on Saturday morning.
So between Monday and Saturday morning I had one night sleep and a two hour nap.
Worst week of my life, but for some reason I love finals week. No one including myself understand why, I just look forward to it.
I strangely do understand that though. Back when I was in school I used to love the stress of getting projects together and doing all that stuff.
I had six months to write up my final thesis and I ended up writing 90% of it in one night, rushing in the morning to fight the printer to get it ready, battle the que to get it bound, then struggle my way to the que to hand it in. I loved every second of it.
I think its the thrill that gets you going, you know you have to get it done and the pressure is all on you. I only work well when I'm under some kind of pressure.
