Yep. The inguinal hernia is but the umbilicus kinda goes both ways. Mine wasn't from birth though. It was from deadlifting WAAY too much weight, so I think. I didn't notice it till a week later but if you're gonna lift, hernias gotta get fixed. Since I didn't know I had 1, I continued to lift heavy and it just tore the hole even bigger where I had to get the surgery or I would've had major problems.

My Dad got a hernia carrying my fish tank. Lol, I'm glad he supports my hobby.

Anyone else like to do forest running? I don't know if this is a thing but instead of going down a track or trail you do sprinters through the brush, hopping over logs dodging branches etc my buddy gave me the idea as he did it for backwoods snowboarding, I like to do it for that as I'm sure its helped me dodge out some branches but I feel it improves your hand- eye and eye- foot coordination. Its obviously a good idea to scout your path as I almost jumped over a log down a 20 foot drop to a shale bed creek lol managed to grab a sapling to stop tho

I used to as kid but not for exercise. I used to live in Minnesota and we would be out in the woods all the time. During the summer my friends and I constantly had cuts on our arms and legs.
