Anybody into weight lifting/body building?

I could squat 405 my senior year at around 6'4" 190#. Can't squat anymore though due to back problems. Only high rep body weight stuff nowadays.

Nice! Gonna be hitting that hopefully in a couple weeks! What do you do as far as body weight for leg workouts?

I do one leg squats, lunge walks, box jumps, high resistance stationary bike and a few other random things for legs. Upper body I can still do weights for the most part.
