Anybody keep day geckos

They don't sell grasshoppers/locusts as feeders here in the US. At least I'm pretty sure they don't.

what did you feed yours vicous?

I fed mine crickets and wild caught grasshoppers. Mine really liked peach baby food which I gave to them once a week.

what about the crested gecko diet,do they make one for these guys or would the cgd be good for them?

Same here, store bought crickets and grasshoppers I find in the front yard. Mine hates peaches! He uses his tail to fing the stuff all over the cage and makes a general mess of things. He loves mangos though. It's all personal preference.

i tried cgd on him but no luck so i put the papaya in but they do have dgd at our semi-lrs/lfs its a little far but illl convince my mom to take me

have you tried mushing it up with some fruit like banana? I think they do a day gecko diet anyhow...

Yes davo, mushed up bananas and mango work great too.

I don't know if I have any of mine. I got rid of them 7-8 years ago but I'll see what I can find.
