The two MonsterPets stores here in Philly have plenty of the red tail bad boys and the smallest that I seen are about five inches.Just thought I'd put it out there.

I bought one before from a member here and it tried its best to take out my Emperor cichlid which is pushing two feet in length.I took the SIX
