A friend of mine, who is a retired Missouri proffesor, was doing some extensive research on these fish. They are very active, very larger, and sometimes can be difficult to feed. A very large tank/pond is required and it is a good idea to go with a rounded setup since these fish and sometimes get caught and injure themselves in the tank corners. Tank-mates should be kept to a minimum since they can compete with the paddlefish for food.
