Anybody try these T5 light fixtures (www.fishneedit.com)??

I'm still trying to figure out what the book meant. It is for house plants.

oh ok, cause if youre talking about regular flourescent light tubes, the "T" is the size, measured in 1/8" increments. so, a T8 bulb measures eight 1/8" increments, or 1" in diameter. a T5 would be 5/8" in diameter, T12, etc etc

Yeah I know that, it says it put's out a better spectrum. The book was written in 2001, and they've come a long ways since then.
