This is weird?? The Tocantins and Negro are very far apart??? If it is a Negro I'm possibly right in saying rio orinoco as they connect via Casiquiare Canal IMO your fish looks more Ven than Negro to me.. and since no one really knows were it came from I'm right JK kinda

Who knows with this guy that I have here. You could be right. I guess only time will tell, hopefully. I'm thinking once I get him out of my 125 and into my newly setup 230 he will blow up in size. You think he will make a drastic change in size when put into the bigger tank?

He should have a good growth spirt in a bigger tank, mine always do. But one thing for sure is he will look great as he or she grows!

Jeff had three adult Rio Meta Orinos in not long ago as well. The fins are blue rather than red though.
