not sure your ideal of a dog run is, built one for animal sanctuary way back for wolves. its basically chain link running back and forth on itself like a line at Disney land. chain link needs to be burried about 12 inches so they can not dig under it. makes them use the full run to get around. with a open area on either end of the switch backs.
