I'm assuming that's San Antonio right? You must not have you been to Daves yet right, sorry loaded ? cause I really can't imagine you have & could in any way use that description (''other than guppy"), LOL. Here's his site & contact info, he does have a store front open daily, http://www.davesfish.com/, if by some rare chance you don't see what you want, find Dave & ask him, his possibilities are almost endless & I mean that literally, don't hesitate to ask about anything, even if were SW. This isn't bias speaking either when I say, you're not likely to find any better of a store or person w/ possibilities/contacts, anywhere in TX, he's one of the largest suppliers to most of the LFS in this state (TX) and many, many others. I'm very jealous that your in the same town as him. I would have to be wrking for him if I did, taking out trash, sweeping the floors, washing windows, anything, gladly, for free even .

I'm in Abilene, and we don't have but 3 places here. Wal-Mart, Petsmart, and a place called Pams Pets (outraegoug prices) Sorry can't help ya. I need all of my own help too.

I'm in mansfield (very south tip of the metroplex.) If you are going to drive all the way to dallas to look at an LFS you should check out Dallas North Aquarium. Awesome prices, HUGE selection of fish. They do most of their business setting up private aquariums but they have an excellent location.

In SA, there's Fintique, and they have all sorts of undescribed/cool/rare fish. They have a website, too. Just google fintique.

I live in the Houston area and I like The Fish Gallery located off of Kirby and Highway 59. They used to have one in Dallas but it is closed right now because it caught on fire.
