typical? choke is really sensitive and u gotta warm it up for a good while. ppl get a lot of problems with the choke and throttle. as far as 02-06 for 2k, i dunno depends on where u live. i got my 07 for a pretty good price being that it only had 600 miles on it. and yea the 250 wont go to FI cuz its so damn cheap

any reason for this cal? if its just for range or fun, you may want to get something with cheaper/more common ammo like .308 or 7.62mmx 39...

If its anything like the Q-Ride course we have in Australia, you'll be fine. I went in after having my learners for a week and walked out that afternon with an unristricted open class licence.

Only advice you will need is follow instructions and don't act like a tool and you will pass. But like I said, things may be easier here.

there's not much to fix.. just that its real sensitive to the way u treat it. the problems im referring to are just some technical issues sometimes with the carbs and such.

Yes, FORGET anything you think you know, the course is made for people who have never even sat on a bike, so you dont need to know anything at all, they start from scratch with you...

you will need your own long sleve shirt or jacket, sunglases, boots/over the ankle shoes, long pants or jeans. they should have helmets, but bring your own if you got one so you dont get other peoples head funk on your head. (or a can of lysol)
